Our Villas

Our modern 48 sqm one room villas open onto the pool area with outdoor shower, loungers, and more. Relax poolside and enjoy the sun, warmth, and ocean view. Walk a few meters and you are on the Private beach with access to our kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, beach furniture, and of course the bright turquoise lagoon, and view to the surrounding reef.

Each villa has a separate bathroom with shower, hair dryer and free toiletries. One bedroom, lounge area, kitchen with microwave, fridge/freezer and stovetop, and a dining area with views to the lagoon

Our Name

Abera is a unique family name on Aitutaki, having earned an excellent reputation and becoming a well-respected and trusted family over the generations.

Our villas were built on family land in 2018 and we are 100% staffed and operated by family members.

Location

Located on the shore of the worlds most beautiful lagoon, with easy access to the beach and turquoise waters. Local restaurants, takeaways, and convenience stores are all within a short walking distance from your villa.

Eco Friendly

When we built the property, we selected a state-of-the-art water recycling system and installed solar panels to assist with power generation.

We strive to be as environmentally conscious as possible, including waste recycling for the entire property.

Incredible stay with Jael! We did not want to leave. Jael was so wonderful, sweet, welcoming and helpful. Her Villa's are perfect, not missing anything. We stayed 4 nights, and had not booked anything prior to arriving. Jael gave wonderful suggestions and helped arrange a boat day with Key (who is the best!).The villas are very comfortable, great kitchen and bathroom. The wifi worked great too. Love the view and short walk to the beach. We didn't take out the kayaks but will on our next visit.Overall I can't speak highly enough of Jael and strongly recommend booking your stay here.

Cannot speak highly enough about this place and the host. Idyllic location and outlook, great facilities and the host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing. I recommend Abera’s to anyone coming to Aitutaki. Hope to come back again sometime.

Perfection! We really enjoyed our stay at Abera's. The host and hostess were there for anything we needed and were so nice. From the pick up at airport to the complimentary scooter, kayaks, paddleboards and pool I don't think it could be better. The home was spotless, comfortable and island modern. We were right on the clear water with walking access to stores and restaurants. We can not wait to go back!!!

We LOVED every aspect of our stay, the Hosts were so welcoming and enthusiastic, the breakfast excellent and healthy as well, the kayaks and boards and gear for exploring the lagoon great and the coral boms and associated fish and life in the sea just out in front the best we have seen !Some lovely lounges and eating places right on the private beach, so you can sit and what the goings on in the lagoon.The Motor Scooters included were also great and gave us flexibility to do what we wanted.Every need was met with kindness and enthusiasm and we will definitely be back !A quiet place but near some great shops and eating out places if you do not want to use the kitchen for you own delights!

Where do I start? From the moment our wonderful host Jael greeted us at the small Aitutaki airport to bring us to our accommodation we were bowled over by her genuine warmth and friendliness. She firstly took us on an island tour, helping us to get our bearings and pointing out places of interest, where to eat and things we might want to do. She then offered to take us to a small local supermarket so we could buy some basic provisions. The accommodation itself was simply great with everything you could need with a small garden leading to its own private beach with direct access to the stunning lagoon. The breakfasts were awesome. Freshly made and delivered to our villa every morning, we ate them sitting on the balcony/veranda looking out onto the spectacular waters of the Sth Pacific. This is truly a little piece of paradise. Jael, as a host, is simply the most friendly and helpful owner we have ever met during our many years of travels. One of our days had heavy rain and Jael even offered to take us to a restaurant and pick us up afterwards. Brilliant! Would recommend this property in a heartbeat. Our time there was just too short. Thanks Jael for everything!!

We had a fantastic time at the property. Jael, the owner, is great. She gave us lots of tips and was always available.The accommodation is in a great location and is very clean.Everything you need is there.A scooter is included with the accommodation and you can easily explore the whole island.We would go back in a heartbeat.Thank you very much, dear Jael, for the best time of our entire trip!

Both my husband and I cant express how great our stay was at Abera’s Aitutaki Villas…Jael was an amazing hostess from our pickup as she drove us to many stores to get some groceries.. very kind. The villa super clean loved access to beautiful pool and deck with perfect umbrellas for shade.. paddleboarding was awesome we cant even express how beautiful the ocean was just steps away… we will return definitely!!

Abera’s far exceeded our expectations!!We have traveled to many countries, but Abera's is the best accommodation we have ever had: the warmth of the staff and the owner make you feel like you have been welcomed not just as a guest but as a member of the family. Every effort is made 24/7 to make the guest feel comfortable and welcome.Furthermore, the amenities such as the free scooter, washing machine, canoes and much more are a plus of this accommodation.The daily cleaning of the bungalow and beach and the maintenance of the garden also contribute to an all-round positive feeling.The transfer to and from the airport also works perfectly. When you pick it up you will even be shown the village, restaurants and shopping opportunities.Overall, this accommodation is second to none.A magical place with a repeat guarantee 🙂
