Terms of Service
RESERVATION STATUS
Your reservation is held on a confirmed basis. If you wish to change or cancel the booking, please use the link in your confirmation email, or contact us directly. Please note that we cannot guarantee the quoted rate if any changes are made to your original request.
AGE RESTRICTION
Unless booking both villas for the same dates, all guests need to be at least 18 years of age to stay with us.
CHECK IN TIME
Between 2:30 pm and 7:30 pm is our standard check-in time. Early check in is subject to availability, or we can store your luggage at a cost of $30.
CHECK OUT TIME
For the convenience of the incoming guests, we require our rooms to be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure. Late departure is subject to availability and at the cost of one night accommodation, or we can store your luggage at a cost of $30.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Free Cancellation Rates:
If cancelled up to 20 days before arrival no fee will be charged.
If cancelled less than 20 days before arrival 100% of the booking will be charged.
If you are a no-show, 100% of the booking will be charged.
Non-refundable rates: No refund is available for bookings made for rates advertised as non-refundable.
Full payment is required at the time of check-in.
In the rare event we need to cancel your booking with us, please be aware that we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control, and that our liability to you is limited to the refund of any payment already made.
PAYMENT POLICY
For all reservations, credit card details are required to confirm bookings, these are held on file. Payment for all accommodation must be made in full on the day of arrival, if not already done so.
Important: ONLY Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
INCIDENTALS
Any damage to the villa or property may be charged to your credit card or method of payment for incidentals, plus a charge for any resultant loss of income if applicable.
If you smoke in a non-smoking room, then you may be charged appropriate cleaning and loss of income charges.
If your credit card declines, we are not able to guarantee your reservation.
DAMAGE & LOSS
Abera’s Aitutaki Villas assumes no responsibility for the loss of money or other valuables or for articles left in rooms or vehicles for any reason.
Property found that has been left behind by guests will be held for 1-month, during this time we will make all reasonable efforts to contact the guest.
We accept no responsibility to replace lost items.
We may agree to send the lost property to its owner via tracked and recorded delivery.
This cost will be the responsibility of the item’s owner.
Privacy & Personal Information
Confidentiality & Security
We will implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the customers PI against accidental or unlawful alteration or loss, or from unauthorised use, disclosure or access.
Storage: PI will be kept for the period for the purposes of the data processing and in accordance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
Information Required & Collection
Hospitality activities such as making a reservation, check in and check out at the accommodation, room charges during the guests stay, and any claims or requests.
Participation in marketing programs, with customers consent.
Provision of information by third party service providers such as tour operators, travel agencies, GDS reservations, online booking engines etc.
Internet activities such as filling in any online collection forms such as questionnaires etc.
Promotions
Winner will be notified directly via Facebook / Instagram Direct Message
Winner will then be asked for an email address to send prize confirmation
Winner agrees that, by participating in any Abera’s Aitutaki Villas promotion, management may use the winner’s name in any manner and in any medium for its promotional purposes without additional compensation, including posting in social media.
By entering Abera’s Aitutaki Villas promotions, you agree that Abera’s Aitutaki Villas and any entity involved in any aspect of the promotion will have no liability, and will be held harmless from and against liability, loss, injury or damage to property or person.
If you win a prize, you may not transfer, assign, or redeem the prize for cash
If you win a prize, you may not transfer or assign the prize to other people.
Management has the right to amend Terms and Conditions without prior notice
Management reserves the right to withdraw or replace prize offers at any time
Not valid in conjunction with any other promotions
